
1/4 c Natural Yoghurt
1 Banana, Mashed
1 c Kelloggs Special K
Butter, for cooking
1 Egg
1 c Plain Flour
2/3 c Milk
Strawberries
How to Prepare :
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the hotcake ingredients until smooth, place to one side.Make Glaze: In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 Cup water & 1/2 Cup sugar and allow to boil.Reduce by 1/3 and allow to cool slightly before adding strawberries.Place a heavy base frying pan on medium-high heat. Melt butter to coat the bottom of pan and pour in 2 tbsp of the hotcake batter and allow to cook 1-2 minutes or until the hotcake bubbles burst.Flip over and cook 1 minute on the other side.
