Honey Wheat Bread recipe

Ingredients :

7 g rapid rise yeast
4 g white sugar
120 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
60 ml water
50 g melted shortening
60 ml honey
10 g salt
240 g whole wheat flour
410 g bread flour
30 g butter

How to Prepare :

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water.
Combine milk, 1/4 cup water, shortening, honey, salt and wheat flour in food processor or bowl. Mix in yeast mixture, and let rest 15 minutes. Add white flour, and process until dough forms a ball. Knead dough by processing an additional 80 seconds in food processor, or mix and knead by hand 10 minutes. Place the dough in a buttered bowl, and turn to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let dough rise for 45 minutes, or until almost doubled.
Punch down, and divide dough in half. Roll out each half, and pound out the bubbles. Form into loaves, and place in buttered 9x5 inch bread pans. Butter the tops of the dough, and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm area until doubled; second rise should take about 30 minutes.
Place a small pan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until tops are dark golden brown. Butter crusts while warm. Slice when cool.

Resepi Acar timun masak

Bahan-bahan ( 4 orang )
1 batang timun
1 batang lobak merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 bawang besar
3 sudu besar cuka garam gula
1 cawan air
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 sudu besar cili giling
1/2 sudu kecil biji sawi

Belah 4 bawang putih. Mayang bawang besar Potong memanjang lobak merah dan timun. Rendam dalam air garam Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih Masukkan serbuk kunyit dan cili. Tumis sampai wangi. Masukkan air. Biar sampai mendidih Masukkan timun dan bahan-bahan lain. Jangan terlalu lama. Agak-agak 2-3 minit. Kemudian padamkan api.

Southern Fried Chicken recipe

Ingredients :
375 g all-purpose flour
10 g seasoned salt
8 g garlic powder
7 g onion powder
6 g coarse ground black pepper
2 eggs
950 ml buttermilk
235 ml barbeque sauce
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
15 ml steak sauce
1362 g whole chicken, cut into pieces
475 ml oil for frying

How to Prepare :
In a large shallow dish, mix together the flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then whisk in the buttermilk, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce.
Dredge your chicken in the milk mixture, then in the seasoned flour, alternating in each at least twice. Heat the oil in a large deep skillet to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
Cook the chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown on both sides, for about 10 Min. on each side.
